How we use and disclose data
We use personal data only for the stated purposes, compatible business purposes, with your consent, to perform a contract, to comply with law, or to protect legitimate rights and security.
We may disclose data to hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, cloud storage, payment and accounting providers, professional advisers, contractors supporting the project, and authorities where legally required. These recipients receive only data reasonably necessary for their role.
International processing
We and our service providers may process or store data in countries other than the country where you live or work. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers, but we cannot guarantee that every jurisdiction provides identical protection.
Cookies and technical logs
The website may use essential cookies, server logs, and similar technologies required for security, performance, language preferences, and basic operation. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will provide appropriate notice or consent controls where required.
Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business history, or establish potential claims. Client and transaction records are retained for the project lifecycle and any additional period required for tax, accounting, contractual, security, or legal purposes.
Data may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived when no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and mandatory retention obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. However, no internet transmission, email, cloud platform, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not send passwords, private keys, government identifiers, health records, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, opt out of certain sales or sharing, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Pure Systems does not sell personal data for monetary consideration.
